Newsletters and Cookbook
Tracy's Newsletter -- For over a year, I wrote a weekly newsletter on nutrition. I've stopped writing the newsletter, but you can view a number of the past issues online. Click here to see Issue 76. Within the newsletter, there are links to some of the earlier issues in the lower right-hand column. Please note, though, that only the links from Issues 48-75 lead to newsletters.
The Caveman Cookbook -- This short cookbook contains easy recipes that you can make with Caveman ingredients. If you do a general internet recipe search, you can find a lot of recipes that are Caveman-friendly or just require a little modification. For instance, try searching for "lemon garlic chicken recipes."

The Calorie Restriction Society Website -- Explains calorie restriction and offers many resources, including a discussion list. When you sign up for the discussion list, you can receive daily information on the latest research about calorie restriction, plus people's experiences on it.
