Michael

Michael's Story:
"I lost 120 pounds eating a diet similar to the Caveman Diet. I weighed 285 pounds and now weigh 165 pounds. Recently, I've been following the Caveman Diet more strictly and have lost eight more pounds.

I've been gaining more and more muscle mass. My energy level is much higher. I rest better when I sleep and don't wake up feeling as tired. I'm more mentally alert.
